GLS Home delivery

These delivery conditions are only valid for delivery addresses in the Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Your order will be delivered by GLS courier service to the delivery address specified in the order.

Delivery is free of charge

Delivery is made on weekdays between 8:00am and 5:00pm with a three-hour time slot, which the courier will notify the recipient of the same day in the morning, along with the courier's contact details.
If the first delivery attempt fails, the second and third delivery attempts are included in the basic service. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to the sender. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, the courier service will hold the parcel for up to 5 working days (except in the case of a leave of absence granted by the recipient, where the parcel will be held for up to 10 working days) and then return it to our logistics service provider without further delay.
We can then only resend the shipment if we charge an additional delivery fee.
In the event of a refusal to accept the shipment, the courier service will not make a second delivery attempt and will return the shipment to the sender. You can pay the value of the parcel to the sender by credit card or cash. The maximum amount you can pay is EUR 1200.

If the parcel is visibly damaged or open, please refuse to accept it and inform our customer service immediately.
If you fail to do so and take delivery without informing us, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the contents of the parcel.
