Return

Product return, step by step:

1. Make sure that you have received the product within 30 calendar days.

 

2. Check that the product you ordered is from Peak Advisor Kft.

 

3. Prepare the product with all the accessories.

4. Contact us by email with your order ID (not mandatory but speeds up the process).

If you purchased the product with cash on delivery, please provide your bank account number so that we can refund the purchase price of the product.

5. For returning the product, please wrap the product properly (it is advisable to use the packaging material we use, e.g. a padded envelope) and send it back to the address below with your preferred courier service:

After sending the package, wait while our colleagues inspect the product. If it can be returned in 100% condition, the return will be accepted and the price will be refunded.


If the product is not in the right condition, our colleagues will contact you and inform you of further details.

Details about product return:

45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between the Consumer and the Company . (II.26.) On the basis of Government Decree (hereinafter: Government Decree), the Customer (User/Buyer) (if he is classified as a consumer) has the right of withdrawal (the right to return the product, a kind of return guarantee) in the case of online shopping, and this right you can practice it in all cases, with a few exceptions.

 

Consumer:
The Civil Code on the basis of a natural person acting outside the scope of his profession, independent occupation or business activity, (so in this case any natural person/private person who does not purchase the given product selected by him for a business)

 

Service provider:
The Ptk. on the basis of the person acting in the scope of his profession, independent occupation or business activity (in this case the Merchant/Seller, i.e. Peak Advisor Kft.).

 

What is the right of withdrawal?

 

The right of withdrawal means that in the case of online shopping - i.e. in the case of a contract concluded on the Internet (remotely) based on legal authorization (see: Government Decree, above), the Consumer can unilaterally withdraw without reason and in the case of returning the purchased product from the Service Provider ( Peak from Advisor Kft .) can request a refund of the amount he paid (thus the purchase price of the product and - if he paid it - the shipping cost).

The right of withdrawal compensates for the fact that the Consumer did not have the opportunity to examine, test or put the product into operation before the purchase.

  

Conditions and detailed rules for exercising the right of withdrawal:

 

  1. The right of withdrawal

- in the case of ordering a product, from the receipt of the product

– in case of ordering several products in one (order) (if they are not delivered at the same time) from the receipt of the last received product

It can be exercised within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the last delivered/received item or piece. The Consumer does not need to justify why he wishes to withdraw from the contract.

 

  1. The Consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal in the period between the date of conclusion of the contract (i.e. the confirmation of the order of the product) and the day of the product's arrival/handover.

 

This deadline (30 calendar days) does not include the day of receipt of the product.

 

The Consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal by using the sample declaration in the Government Decree or by sending a clear declaration to the Service Provider by e-mail (hello@zevoza.com), by filling out a customer service notification form or by sending it by post.

The Consumer's intention to withdraw must be clearly stated in the statement.

 

  1. Returning the product

If the Consumer has notified the Service Provider of his intention to cancel, he must return the product immediately, but no later than within 30 calendar days from the notification of cancellation (it must be mailed/handover to the courier).

  1. Costs borne by the Consumer


The cost of returning the product is borne by the Consumer.

The Consumer is responsible for the depreciation resulting from use exceeding the use necessary to determine the nature/properties and operation of the product (i.e. the use necessary to determine the suitability of the product for its intended use), which he is obliged to reimburse to the Service Provider.

The Consumer can send back the product returned by cancellation as a 100% product prepared according to the factory condition. If you return the product dirty (e.g. vacuum cleaner, electric scooter), we will charge HUF 5,000 for its cleaning, which will be deducted from the amount of the refund, if there are no other factors reducing the value (damage, signs of wear).

 

  1. The costs borne by Peak Advisor Kft.

If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, the Service Provider is obliged to refund the purchase price of the product and the delivery cost (if paid by the Consumer) to the Consumer immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days of becoming aware of the withdrawal, in the same way as the payment method used by the Consumer , unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to the Service Provider using another payment method. However, if the Consumer has chosen a transport method other than the least expensive transport method recommended by the Service Provider (post/courier service/etc.), the Service Provider is not obliged to pay the resulting additional costs (i.e. the difference between the least expensive transport method and the transport method chosen by the Consumer.) The Service Provider may withhold the amount to be paid by the Consumer (product purchase price + shipping costs) until the Consumer has returned/served the product or confirmed beyond doubt that it has been sent.

 

  1. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised regarding the following products/services

 

  1. in the case of a contract for the provision of a service, after the completion of the service as a whole, if the Service Provider began the performance with the express, prior consent of the Consumer, and the Consumer acknowledged that he loses his right of termination after the completion of the service as a whole;

  2. in the case of a non-pre-manufactured product that was produced based on the Consumer's instructions or at his express request, or in the case of a product that was clearly tailored to the Consumer;

  3. with regard to a product with closed packaging that cannot be returned after being opened after delivery for reasons of health protection or hygiene*;

  4. in the case of a business contract in which the business visits the Consumer at the express request of the Consumer in order to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work;

  5. with regard to the sale and purchase of audio and video recordings in sealed packaging, as well as copies of computer software, if the consumer has opened the packaging after the handover;

  6. in the case of contracts concluded at a public auction;

  7. with regard to the digital data content provided on a non-material data carrier, if the business has started performance with the express, prior consent of the Consumer, and at the same time as this consent the Consumer has declared that he/she will lose his/her right of withdrawal/termination after the start of performance.

*The Consumer may not exercise his right of withdrawal for reasons of health protection or hygiene

  • earphones that fit into the ear canal,
  • electric toothbrushes, toothbrush heads,
  • battery-powered hair clippers,
  • electric shavers,
  • brush stylers,
  • in the case of massage guns.


In the case of these devices, you can only exercise your right of withdrawal if the product is returned in clearly unopened packaging and untested.
